NIL Disclosure Agreement
Purpose
This disclosure informs participants of their rights and responsibilities regarding the use of their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) during the Florida Minority Baseball Alliance (FMBA) event.
1. Consent
By participating in the FMBA event on December 6 at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium, you grant FMBA permission to:

Capture and use your name, image, likeness, and performance metrics for promotional, educational, and recruiting purposes.

Share your metrics with college scouts, coaches, and recruiting platforms.
2. NIL Rights

You retain ownership of your NIL.

FMBA will not sell your NIL without your written consent.

FMBA may use your NIL for event-related marketing and social media promotion.
3. Compensation

Participation does not guarantee monetary compensation.

Any future NIL agreements with third parties (e.g., colleges, sponsors) are separate from FMBA and your responsibility.
4. Data Sharing
Performance metrics will be shared with authorized college scouts and recruiting organizations to assist in your recruitment process.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of NIL usage by notifying FMBA in writing before the event.
