FMBA believes baseball can be a powerful bridge to belonging, mentorship, leadership, and lasting community impact. Our Community and Mentorship programs bring people together to support young athletes, encourage personal growth, and help families connect with resources and opportunities. Through youth initiatives, mentorship, leadership experiences, community partnerships, and scholarship or support efforts when available, we strive to make sure young people know they matter and that their futures are worth investing in. We are not simply trying to grow the game—we are working to strengthen the people and communities that give the game its heart.
